Enso Taves is a New York-based Dominican singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer.

Born in Santo Domingo, his musical journey began at age 13 when he inherited a guitar from his father and by 17, he was already leading bands and mastering multiple instruments including guitar, piano, bass and violin, developing a self-taught, deeply intuitive approach to music.

Today, Enso’s sound fuses Dominican Bachata and Latin folklore—Bolero, Son, Merengue, Reggaetón—with the harmonic elegance of jazz, the soul of blues and rock, and the texture of modern production. With seven albums, over 300 live performances, and a community of 16K+ subscribers on YouTube, he has built a career rooted in emotional honesty and cultural depth.

He made his official debut in 2017 at the Mi Gente! Latinx Music Festival in the Bronx, NY. This was followed by his first EP El Amor Espera, and later, the full-length album Con Permiso.

Whether on stage or in the studio, his work is a search for truth in sound and freedom in expression. Through LIFE by Enso Taves—his video journal documenting the creative process—he invites listeners into his evolving world as an artist, thinker, and storyteller.
